1. COVID-19 – There might be delivery delays with the standard shipping. If you need it fast use the express shipping option. Be patient and stay safe.
2. Taxes and VAT – Taxes may apply to your order when receiving the package. Please check your country’s custom, importing fees, and VAT regulation before ordering. Please contact us before if you need any special information on your invoice.
3. Exchanging and Returning – Send your items back within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send you a different pair or refund what you originally paid, as per your request. Items should be unworn and include all original tags. All original packaging should be included.
4. To be able to ship it to you at fair prices we may need to ship your shoes in a well-packed envelope and without their box
